Overview: KLEAN BOARD™ for Sub-Floors are available in two thicknesses: 15mm, 18mm or 20mm

These boards were developed to offer speed of execution during construction. They can replace a light concrete screed and eliminate wait time for the concrete to dry. They can be walked on immediately, saving a lot of time in the construction schedule. They are fire - mold - mildew - rodent - insect resistant. They do not delaminate. The edges are straight and even. They are available in several different edge finishes. The boards are tested according to ULC S101-07, with a 60 minutes (1-hour) fire resistance.
